PHILANTHROPY

NAWIC Baltimore is committed to strengthening our community by supporting organizations that empower women, children, and families. Through service projects, donation drives, and fundraising efforts, our members work to make a meaningful impact beyond the jobsite.

Most recently, our annual fundraiser included a community donation drive benefiting YWCA, supporting women and families in transitional housing as they rebuild their lives with strength, resilience, and hope. Contributions included essential toiletries, cleaning supplies, and home-repair tools—items that make an immediate difference for families in need.

We are proud to use our platform not only to advance women in construction, but to uplift women throughout our community.

GET INVOLVED

OUTREACH

Camp NAWIC Baltimore is a free, week-long summer camp designed for female students entering grades 7th–12th, introducing them to the exciting, high-demand careers available in the construction industry.

Many young women are unaware of the rewarding, financially strong opportunities within the skilled trades, project management, and related construction fields. Camp NAWIC is intentionally designed to create space for young women to explore these careers through hands-on experience, industry exposure, and mentorship from women working in the field today.

Through interactive workshops, jobsite tours, and practical skill-building, campers gain confidence, discover career pathways, and see firsthand that they belong in construction.

NAWIC Baltimore will host Camp NAWIC July 27–31, 2026 — celebrating over a decade of inspiring the next generation.
