This model was based on the cost of separate fees and tuition for classes and seminars offered through higher-learning institutions and businesses.

Membership Types -


ACTIVE MEMBER: For women who are actively employed in the construction industry a minimum of an average of twenty (20) hours per week per month. This membership type includes National and chapter affiliation and voting rights.

CORPORATE MEMBER: This membership is open to companies that wish to designate a woman employee, who would otherwise meet the criteria for Active Membership, to represent the company. The company holding the membership may change its designated representative at any time. This membership type includes National and chapter affiliation and voting rights.

MEMBER AT LARGE: For women meeting all the criteria for Active Member but not belonging to an affiliated chapter of the Association. This membership type includes National voting rights and National affiliation.

STUDENT MEMBER: For women enrolled in construction-related programs at institutions of higher education, vocational training programs and apprenticeship programs. This membership type includes National and chapter affiliation.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER: For women who do not qualify for active membership. This membership type includes National and chapter affiliation.

RETIRED MEMBER: For women who are retired from the construction industry. This membership type includes National and chapter affiliation.

INTERNATIONAL MEMBER: For women who are actively employed in the construction industry in countries outside of the United States. International Members shall neither vote nor hold office.
