Accountable for researching and then having intimate knowledge of needs for local plan reviewers
Accountable for preparing documents prior to starting projects. (product data submittals, drawings for permitting, safety & security documents, etc.)
Accountable for handling documentation during project i.e. change orders
Accountable for keeping project schedule with milestones
Accountable for preparing post-construction documents such as O&M manuals
Ability to travel at times thru mid-Atlantic region (mostly MD & VA)
Will take care of material orders for projects
Will handle keeping master schedule up to date
Will handle setting up new subcontractors
Will ultimately run weekly project update meeting
Modular construction preferred, but will train right candidate.
Excellent organization & communication skills both verbal & written.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
Proficient with Auto CAD
