Constructing Infrastructure -- Building a Career

Please join the Greater Washington, DC Area Chapter of NAWIC for our rescheduled October 2012 meeting.  Doreen Bartoldus, PE, CCM from CDM Smith will present on the topic, “Constructing Infrastructure – Building a Career,” and provide some answers to the question “What is the Construction Manager’s role and responsibilities in a complex infrastructure project?”  The presentation will define Construction Management, discuss general construction issues using NYC infrastructure projects as examples, and present lessons learned.  Ms. Bartoldus will also present her own individual journey “building up” to a career as a CM consultant. The virtual session will be held from 12 noon to 1 pm ET. Dial-in and log-on instructions are below. The meeting will include time for questions and discussion.
